    An updated analysis of the randomized phase III trial found no survival benefit from the addition of pelvic radiation to chemotherapy in stage III endometrial cancer. Historically, such patients received radiotherapy to prevent pelvic recurrence, but in recent years systemic chemotherapy proved to be highly active.
