    We describe a case of a fetal patient referred to pediatric cardiology at 22 weeks and 2 days of gestation for an isolated finding of a thickened and echogenic tricuspid valve (TV) annulus on prenatal ultrasound. While the echogenicity of the TV annulus stabilized over 4 serial fetal echocardiograms, the patient developed progressive echogenicity in their pulmonary annulus, main pulmonary artery, and aortic root.
