Using the International Metastatic Renal-cell Carcinoma Database Consortium database, we reviewed 188 patients with metastatic renal-cell carcinoma who received first-line ipilimumab and nivolumab (ipi-nivo) versus immuno-oncology/vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) combinations.
